This Site and its content are owned and operated by Nook & Easel Art by Jadyn Fowler.

2. Products and Artwork

All artwork and prints listed on this Site are the original creations of Jadyn Fowler.

Colors and textures may appear slightly different due to variations in screen settings and printing processes.

I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered and to discontinue items at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods provided at checkout.

For custom commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to initiate the project. Deposit goes towards purchase payment. Final payment with remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment.

I reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on location and product type.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or factors outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of original and made-to-order artwork, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at jadynfowlercreative@gmail.com or through the contact form found on this site within 7 days and I will work to resolve the issue.

Prints or products damaged in transit may be replaced at my discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, and text on this Site are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission from Jadyn Fowler.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer reproduction rights. All rights remain with the artist.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information provided during checkout is used only to process and fulfill your order.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of this Site or the purchase of our products.
